Getting Involved

Help Support Your Village Hall
If you’d like to be part of the friendly team that looks after Weybourne Village Hall, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Whether you enjoy gardening, helping make tea at events, lending a hand behind the scenes, or taking on a more active role as a Trustee, every contribution makes a real difference.
Volunteers are at the heart of the hall, helping to keep it running smoothly and ensuring it remains a welcoming space for the whole community. No special experience is needed — just a willingness to help and be part of village life. You’ll be made most welcome.
Trustees
These are the Management Committee and have the responsibility for ensuring that the Village Hall and its charity are run properly, and that the Hall is well maintained. We are currently particularly keen to hear from anyone with good secretarial or IT skills.
Trustees meet once a month but also get ‘hands on’ in other ways, depending upon their interests or skills.
Friends of Weybourne Village Hall
Our Friends are those who are interested in the Hall but don’t necessarily wish to formally commit to being a Trustee.
Friends help out at events or with maintenance jobs now and again… so from making tea at a Craft Fair to calling at Bingo! the possibilities are endless!
Volunteers
We are Always very grateful for anyone who gives their time to help out on an occasional basis if they can’t commit to anything regular. So if you don’t live in Weybourne permanently but would like to get involved, come and volunteer with us, it’s a great way to meet people.
How to get involved
We’d love to see you and getting involved is easy; You can either come along to the Hall when there’s something going on or complete the Contact Form on this website and we’ll get back to you. We look forward to hearing from you.
