If the hall is available, a member of the Bookings Team will respond as soon as possible to confirm your booking, usually within 3 days. All confirmed bookings must agree to the terms and conditions of the Hall Hire Agreement.

We allow 15 minutes before the Start Time & after the Finish Time for setting up & clearing away. Should you need any more time, please specify in 'Purpose of Hiring' above.
